Traffic On Demand is a high-traffic sales event company that works with car dealerships to bring in hundreds of prospective customers. In our project, we re-created their website that could improve their customer journey, clearly communicate their services, and host a shop for 100+ products and product variants.
Client Overview
Traffic On Demand is a high-traffic sales event company specializing in helping car dealerships generate more traffic. They host events that feature everything from giant inflatable gorillas to premium Duraballoons and under-the-hood signs. Their services include everything from helping the client close deals, to closing the deals for the client themselves.
The Problem
The challenge we faced with Traffic on Demand was information architecture. They wanted it to be obvious what their company and website were about when a visitor landed. Additionally, they wanted to feature an e-commerce store that would host 100+ products and product variants, some even customizable.
The Solution
In all of our projects, our first phase is the design phase where we create a website mockup image so the client can see what it will look and provide feedback before development begins. This step was especially crucial in Traffic On Demand's case to get their approval of the information hierarchy and overall design before taking any steps. Once approved, the development phase was seamless as the client was assured they would get an improved website experience. The variant feature in our e-commerce platform came in clutch specifically as many of the products we used had anywhere from 5-50 different variants.
